SESSION POLICIES

Please review the following policies before submitting an inquiry. Booking a session indicates that you have read and agree to the terms below.

BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A signed contract and full payment are required to officially secure your session date.

• Dates are not held without payment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

• All payments are non-refundable.

• One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours notice and must take place within 30 days of the original session date, based on availability.

• Cancellations or additional reschedules will result in forfeiting the session fee.

TARDINESS & SESSION TIME

• Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival will reduce your shooting time.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be subject to a late fee or cancellation.

• Overtime is not guaranteed and is billed accordingly if available.

IMAGE DELIVERY & RETOUCHING

• All sessions include professional color correction and standard retouching.

• Advanced retouching, compositing, graphic work, or CGI services are not included and are quoted separately.

• Final images are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks depending on the project.

• Images are not released until full payment is received.

RAW FILES & IMAGE SELECTION

• Raw, unedited files are not provided.

• Clients select final images from a proof gallery.

• Proof images are unedited and may not be posted or distributed.

USAGE & RIGHTS

• Session pricing includes personal use only.

• Commercial use, brand campaigns, album artwork, and advertising require separate licensing and custom quotes.

• Images may not be sold, altered, or used for advertising without written permission.

STUDIO & LOCATION

• Studio rental is not included unless stated.

• Clients are responsible for booking and covering studio rental fees.

• Location permits and access are the client’s responsibility unless discussed in advance.

CREATIVE PROCESS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• Cameron Perry Photography is not responsible for the performance or quality of third-party services including makeup artists, stylists, studios, or CGI artists.

• Creative direction is collaborative, but final artistic decisions and editing style remain at the photographer’s discretion.
